When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided) and message. Customers using the Vidor service also have operational data (bookings, staff, revenue) stored in isolation per branch/customer (tenant).

Contact data is used to respond to inquiries, demo requests or trial signups. We do not use this data for third-party advertising.

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (hosting, email/SMS), on a minimum-necessary basis.

Each customer's data is isolated (schema-per-tenant) and cannot be accessed across different customers on the same system.
